If you have questions concerning an order you've placed, or want to place, if you need to return items or need to report damaged items during shipping, contact our Orders Department. Do not return items before you get a RMA. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning. Your RMA must be written on the box or returns will not be accepted! Please include your invoice/order numbers as well as the item numbers you wish to return. Also please include the reason for the return. Orders/items older then 30 days of the shipping date may not be returned. order thats already shipped, please contact our Orders Department.
